Long-term Product Availability

Product longevity is a serious concern for most OEM users. This concern is addressed by VersaLogic from the earliest stages of design. Most products are available for 10+ years from their original release date. The considerations for a long product lifecycle include:

Designs which use multi-sourced parts whenever possible
Close ties with highly qualified suppliers
Systems that monitor component availability and lifecycle
Long-term storage capabilities for discontinued components
In-house engineering when product updates are necessary

Product Evaluation

Some VersaLogic products are available for 45 day evaluation to qualified OEMs. We encourage you to “test drive” our products. Product Availability

VersaLogic maintains many products in stock. Evaluation and small quantity orders are usually shipped within 24 hours (one business day). Blanket orders with scheduled deliveries are welcomed for OEM customers. For current product availability please contact us.

Open Accounts

Credit sales are on a “Net 30” basis. The minimum order to open an account is $2,500. For orders under $2,500 a credit card, prepayment, or COD may be used. International Sales Policy

Policy
The international sales policy applies to direct sales to international customers only. Sales through distributors are subject to terms and conditions set by the distributor.

International customers may also purchase VersaLogic products through our global distribution partner, Digi-Key (www.DigiKey.com). Customers who prefer distributor purchasing should contact Digi-Key for current product availability, pricing, ordering, and international delivery options.

Sales and technical support are handled directly by VersaLogic.
Pricing and payment is in US Dollars.
All international invoices are sent via email, and an email address for finance contact is required.

Payment Options

Credit Card. (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express)
A 3.5% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions.
Wire Transfer prepaid in advance ($50.00 bank processing fee assessed in addition to other charges)
Open account, 30-day terms (subject to credit approval). The minimum order to open an account needs to be at least $5000.

Shipping Terms and Carriers
All shipments shall be FOB VersaLogic’s authorized shipping point, via common carrier. Customers shall provide a valid shipping account number when placing an order. If no shipping account number is provided, VersaLogic may delay shipment or ship freight prepaid. Customer agrees to pay any resulting freight charges, carrier fees, taxes, duties, and reasonable administrative costs, which may be charged to the credit card used for the order or invoiced to Customer’s account, as applicable. Customers will receive an invoice detailing any such charges.. All shipments will be insured at consignee’s expense, unless other arrangements are made at the time the order is placed.

Technical Support & Warranty Repair
Technical support is available by calling 503-747-2261 or via email correspondence at support@versalogic.com. Although VersaLogic will continue to offer standard warranties on product(s) purchased, the customer is fully responsible for shipping (including taxes and duties, if any) to and from the factory for both warranty and non-warranty repairs on merchandise sold internationally.
