Long-term Product Availability
Product longevity is a serious concern for most OEM users. This concern is addressed by VersaLogic from the earliest stages of design. Most products are available for 10+ years from their original release date. The considerations for a long product lifecycle include:
- Designs which use multi-sourced parts whenever possible
- Close ties with highly qualified suppliers
- Systems that monitor component availability and lifecycle
- Long-term storage capabilities for discontinued components
- In-house engineering when product updates are necessary

Some VersaLogic products are available for 45 day evaluation to qualified OEMs. We encourage you to “test drive” our products. VersaLogic maintains many products in stock. Evaluation and small quantity orders are usually shipped within 24 hours (one business day). Blanket orders with scheduled deliveries are welcomed for OEM customers. For current product availability please contact us.
Credit sales are on a “Net 30” basis. The minimum order to open an account is $2,500. For orders under $2,500 a credit card, prepayment, or COD may be used. The state of California has identified substances that can cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. VersaLogic is committed to upholding the resulting Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 with the following policy.

Although our business model is inherently resistant to short-term interruptions in global supply chain, we are committed to keeping our partners and customers updated about the steps VersaLogic is taking to minimize disruption to production or delivery.
