Technical Recruiter

This position is responsible for identifying, attracting and securing engineering, technical and management talent to support VersaLogic’s product development and corporate growth goals.

Job Duties include:

  • Partner with hiring manager and corporate leadership to understand the hiring needs and job requirements of open positions
  • Develop and execute recruitment campaigns creating internal and external job postings, and engaging candidates using job sourcing sites, referrals and targeted outreach
  • Review resumes to access qualifications and screen qualified candidates for technical knowledge, problem-solving ability and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interviews with managers and technical teams ensuring smooth scheduling, logistics, and a high-quality candidate experience
  • Draft and extend employment offers in coordination with HR and department managers ensuring compliance with all hiring policies and employment laws
  • Work with HR and hiring manager during the on-boarding and training period to maintain a smooth transition from candidate to employee

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within computer hardware manufacturing industries
  • Experience streamlining the hiring process to reduce time-to-fill across technical and management functions
  • Ability to evaluate candidates for technical capabilities and cultural alignment
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
