VersaLogic received the "Platinum-level" vendor rating for customer satisfaction in the 2005-2006 annual Embedded Market Report from industry analysts Venture Development Corporation (VDC), marking the fourth time that VersaLogic had achieved the prestigious rating.
Analysts at VDC use customer-reported data to rate vendors on a number of non-product criteria, including availability, reliability, support, and service. The top 5% of companies are awarded a "platinum" vendor rating, and the next 10% are awarded a "gold" rating.
