Security Incident Response Process

1. Notification: VersaLogic receives the report and acknowledges its receipt.
2. Review: VersaLogic reviews the report to determine whether a VersaLogic product may be affected and whether the information provided is sufficient for investigating the issue. We may contact the submitter if further clarification or additional information is needed.
3. Technical analysis: VersaLogic investigates the potential vulnerability.
4. Corrective action: If the vulnerability is verified, VersaLogic will take appropriate actions to remedy the issue. Priority for remediation is assessed looking at the impact, severity and complexity.
5. Disclosure: When appropriate, VersaLogic will disclose information about the verified vulnerability and may publish countermeasures or workarounds, depending on the severity of the issue.
